Multifamily projects can now be searched by number of units, then by sub-project type, including apartment, condo, affordable housing, senior living and student housing

Hotel projects are now available to search by the number of rooms, then by sub-project, including budget, extended stay, mid-range, upscale, luxury and brand.

Medical/Hospital projects are now available to search by the number of rooms and sub-project types, including Acute Care Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Animal Hospital, Cancer Center, Dialysis Center, Medical Office, Rehabilitation Facility, Senior Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Nursing, Continuing Care, Specialty Clinic, Urgent Care/Community Clinic, and Behavioral Rehabilitation Facility.

Restaurants are also now available to search by brand.

In addition, upgrades to the calendar functionality allow clients to track projects by date for follow-ups on sales opportunities.
